Yes, as expected, I did not write yesterday (although I want to do so..I am just too lazy.:p). But, nevermind. Hurm. I just woke up and dont know what to do. So, why not sharing something useful?...<3
Suddenly, I remembered about laksa . As I'm from Terengganu, I only know to make 'my' laksa only..Ha3.. Not that I am soo 'assabiah' wif my state, but it just my mom always made it at home...(Oh, rindu mak sgt!...)..Just like how Johor'ians know how to make sambal kicap..(I think la)...
I made this laksa few times here. It is soo simple! This is how I make it:
Bahan-bahan:
*Bawang merah
*Bawang putih
Santan (1 tin-sini de jual lam tin je, xde yg kna perah2 tu)
Ikan selayang (as its hard to find selayang here, so I use mackerel in brine-lbih kurang je rsa die)
Asam keping
Black pepper
Garam
Gula
Ulam
Kacang panjang
Timun
Taugeh?- (bese org letak, tp aku xske taugeh, so xltk)
Laksa (again, as laksa xde kat sni, I use spaghetti)
Note: *bahan mesin
Cara masak:
- Klo guna ikan selayang, rebus ikan, pastu asingkan isi dan mesin (mesin isi, bukan tulang!). Klo gna mackerel, just mesin je.
- Masukkan santan ngan air lam 1 tin (guna tin santan tu ley je).
- Pastu masukkan bahan mesin *. Kaco and bia kejap.
- Masukkan ikan mesin td. Kaco. Bia smpai mendidih.
- Masukkan asam keping, black pepper, garam n gula secukup rasa (pandai2 la rsa sendiri ye)
- Yay. Da seap.
Cani ye rupa die ble da seap.

Argh... Tetiba ase lapar...Ok. Maybe I shud sleep now. Its already 3 a.m. He will piss off if he knew I did not sleep yet. So, selamat mencuba! :p. Later!
