Back to basic

Hi guys!

Ho3..Guess it had been a while. I had been very busy (fizikal dan mental) since I came back from UK. Yep. I had finished my study there n now I'm here in Malaysia. 

Lots of things happened since I came back. Bnda best, xbest, annoying, n bla2. Bnda yg best of course la ble bersama ngan org tersayang. n bnda2 annoying n ble... err..ble.. maybe when we are bound to the school rules again. Well, not all, but most of them la. For example, memaksa insan berumur 23 taun pergi perhimpunan yg purpose'less... I can;t figured out how these people think. Or were they even think before they act. 

Ok, forget about those annoying things, let focus on RAYA! Yep yep. 3 days more!!!  I just can't wait to be at home with my family to prepare for Raya. Xsabar na test2 baju n berposing depan cermin the night before raya wif my awesome sis n bro... Warghhh... (mood: super-excited)

Maybe thats all for this entry. Will try to keep the blog updated. Ngee~ Chau.

Laksa Terengganu...Oooh..You make me hungry.T_T

Yes, as expected, I did not write yesterday (although I want to do so..I am just too lazy.:p). But, nevermind. Hurm. I just woke up and dont know what to do. So, why not sharing something useful?...<3

Suddenly, I remembered about laksa . As I'm from Terengganu, I only know to make 'my' laksa only..Ha3.. Not that I am soo 'assabiah' wif my state, but it just my mom always made it at home...(Oh, rindu mak sgt!...)..Just like how Johor'ians know how to make sambal kicap..(I think la)...

I made this laksa few times here. It is soo simple! This is how I make it:

Bahan-bahan:

*Bawang merah
*Bawang putih
Santan (1 tin-sini de jual lam tin je, xde yg kna perah2 tu)
Ikan selayang (as its hard to find selayang here, so I use mackerel in brine-lbih kurang je rsa die)
Asam keping
Black pepper
Garam
Gula

Ulam
Kacang panjang
Timun
Taugeh?- (bese org letak, tp aku xske taugeh, so xltk)

Laksa (again, as laksa xde kat sni, I use spaghetti)

Note: *bahan mesin

Cara masak:


  1. Klo guna ikan selayang, rebus ikan, pastu asingkan isi dan mesin (mesin isi, bukan tulang!). Klo gna mackerel, just mesin je.
  2. Masukkan santan ngan air lam 1 tin (guna tin santan tu ley je). 
  3. Pastu masukkan bahan mesin *. Kaco and bia kejap.
  4. Masukkan ikan mesin td. Kaco. Bia smpai mendidih.
  5. Masukkan asam keping, black pepper, garam n gula secukup rasa (pandai2 la rsa sendiri ye)
  6. Yay. Da seap.


Cani ye rupa die ble da seap.

Ni bru pas masak. Oh, yg merah tu, belacan ngan pes cili.

N rupa die dr atas.


Argh... Tetiba ase lapar...Ok. Maybe I shud sleep now. Its already 3 a.m. He will piss off if he knew I did not sleep yet. So, selamat mencuba! :p. Later!

Bihun goreng for breakfast..nyum2

Hi guys

Hi3...Cam da lma xupdate blog...hu3..Sgguh bz ngan my final exam, so xde msa na update sgt..Ssh gak upanya na blogging n...Respek r kat sesapa yg salu update blog..Na tulis tu, xde r ssh..Tp, Na ltk gmbo, tuka font, etc, leceh gle! But since I still have 1 month of freetime before going back to Malaysia, I will try my best to write everyday, starting today. Yeah!

Etceli, da lama na tulis sal resepi n, tp rini baru rajen (sbb bru upload gmba...) Between mee goreng ngan bihun goreng, aku lg prefer bihun goreng..Xtau nape...Jd, rini cam na tulis sal cane na wat bihun goreng supaya kang nnt aku xlupa..

Bahan-Bahan:


Bihun (rendam ngan air)
*Bawang besar
*Bawang putih
Cili boh/cili powder/cili mesin-na bg pedas sket
Sos tomato
Sayur kegemaran- bese letak carrot ngan kacang pis sal na bg nmpak colorful, tp terpulang r
Daging- again, terpulang r na ltak ayam k lembu
Udang- sbb aku ske udang
Telur
Garam 
Gula
(note:* bahan mesin)


Cara masak:

  1. Rendam bihun
  2. Panaskan  minyak (jgn letak byk sgt, nnt kolestrol tggi), tumis bahan mesin * ngan cili boh. Tumiskan.
  3. Masukkan daging ngan udang
  4. Campo sos tomato ngan garam ngan gula-pastu rasa
  5. Ble da rasa cambest, masukkan sayur
  6. Pastu masukkan telur dan hancurkan
  7. Last skali, masukkan bihun dan gaul sebati
  8. Da seap!
Again, seme sukatan men agak2..Sal aku klo masak mmg xikut sukatan pon. Men agak2 ngan ikut sdap mulut je. Oh, cam xbest la klo resepi xde gmbo kan. N la hasilny:




Oh. kalo kat negeri aku, seme makanan bergoreng harus de keropok ikan. :-) 


Limau  tu, optional. Klo de, ley je perah.

The Book of Tomorrow review

Ok. Hi guys. As I am extremely bored today, I will write a book review. Never know the formal way to do it, so will do it my way. Ngee~. I like reading novel. however, I am not the type that read all the novel, I select the novel that I read. Untill now, I don't know which type of reader that I fall into, but what I can confirm is; I LOVE all Cecelia Ahern's novel. 

Actually, This is not the newest novel that I read. I just remembered about it and feel like to write about it in my blog. Maybe after this, my blog will be my reading journal too.:-)...

Why you should read the novel:

If you ask me the question, the answer is because it is written by Cecelia!(I had read all her novels). So far, I never found a single novel by Cecelia which is not interesting. This novel is about a book, which tells you what will happen tomorrow. From my understanding, the whole story is about family and the relationship between family. It tells us how jealousy can harm others if it not treated. Like most of Cecelia's novels, you will only know the truth at the end and what makes them different from other novel, the endings are always twisted, sometimes require your logic interpretation. The story is about the life of a girl  girl, Tamara, who just lost her wealthy father (his father commit suicide because of the debts). After the death, she and her mom lose all their money and had to move to the countryside to their uncle's house. There, she learn how to live modestly and had made new friends ( I remembered, she has 2 friends and both of them are boys- how lucky she is!). As she try to adapt to the new surroundings, her mom suddenly acting weird, she did not speak much and always lock herself in the room. To make Tamara's problem worse, her uncle and aunt are also acting weird. (her aunt is like a psycho woman- I hate her!). Bla...bla...bla... (I don't want to spoil the story). Lastly, she revealed a dark secret that had been kept for years about her family and from that she also know who she really is. (if you guess that at the end Tamara knew that she is actually the daughter of her aunt, you are completely wrong.ha3)

Ok. I am tired of typing. Need my 'drug' now. (FYI, 'drug' refers to One piece anime.;p)

Steamed sea bass aka Ikan siakap stim Love it!

What makes my day?(I mean, 'today')

SEA BASS!!

For start, sea bass is SIAKAP. 

Ok. Just to write about the new menu I tried today.
Ikan siakap masak stim.(Oh...rsa cam na mkn sepinggan lg.:-(....)
I never cook siakap stim b4. But, de satu hari tu, my flatmate masak ni. Dan aku rasa secubit ikan yg die masak. Aku mik secubit je, bukan sbb die kedekut k ape. Die ok je. Tp, agak2 r kn. Ikan tu mahal, so aku mmg jnis reti bahasa. :p...Tp, sdap gle. Aku jrg mkn siakap. Last makan pon, da lupa ble. 

Kronologi kepada kejadian 'rasa secubit' tu, semalam aku g Tesco, aku belila ikan tu. Mahal gle! 4 pound tok sekor! (Saiz die, de lam lam 1 kaki)... But waktu aku bli tu, die wat half price (yay!)..

Balik tu, aku xmasak trus sal da janji na mkn kat Xanana ngan dak2 n. (Maybe nnt aku tlis sal Xanana n). Arini bru aku masak. Senang gle rupany. N dia resepi tu:

Ikan siakap masak stim

Bahan2:

Ikan siakap (its obvious! Duh!)
Bawang besar
Bawang putih
Halia
Serai
Sos tiram
Garam

Cara masak:


  1. Bersihkan ikan. ~(Aku rendam lam air lemon xmo bg bau.)
  2. Potong seme bahan ikut ske- aku potong halus2. Masukkn lam bekas kalis panas/haba sal na kukus Masukkn sos tiram ngan garam. Gaul.
  3. Masukkn ikan- gaul. Perap lam 30 mnit
  4. Kukus ikan sampai masak (Aku x set masa. Agak2 da masak, cucuk2 ngan garfu. Maybe lam 20-30 minit?)
  5. Makan!
Senang kan? Seyes senang aku rase. Ha3. aku mkn byk gle nasi td. Mmg xberagak lgsung. Klo skinny xmuat ag pasn, padan muka sendiri. 

Btw, td sal aku xcited sgt na mkn,aku xmik gmba. Tp len kali aku wat (maybe sok?hik3), aku akan pastikan aku mik gmbo pastu ltk kat sini tok kenangan.:p

Baby bunnies

Bunny is Rabbit

Yay. My new entry!... Okay, as the title above, mmg rini aku na ckp sal bunnies or lam Malaynye, arnab. De gak org pggil rabbit (etceli, aku salu je pggil rabbit ). 

Teap kali aku nmpak rabbit, aku salu teringat adik aku. Dulu waktu die skola rendah, (aku ase waktu tu, die darjah 3 kot), lam ujian bulanan die, de soalan yg jawapan die melibatkan arnab. Aku xpasti r pe soklan die, sal da lama. Ala2 macam 'Apakah binatang peliharaan bertelinga panjang?' (Aku agak2 je r). Mmg confirm r jawapan die arnab kan. Die jawab camtu gak. Tp salah. Waktu aku cek kertas ujian die, (aku mmg ske cek2 kertas ujian adk2 aku), aku mmg gelak gle2 r tgk pe die tulis. Mak aku pon seap join skali. Guess how she spelled 'arnab'?...It was 'ARRENAK'. Ha3.As I lived in Terengganu, mmgla camtu pronounciation die. Tp, aku xsangka la adik aku men translate sebijik2 camtu. Hua3..Lawak2.  Smpai skunk aku ase bnda tu klaka. Ho3..

Ok. Tp skunk aku bukan na cite sal tu pon. Tu selingan je. Just na cite sal baby rabbits yg aku jumpa otw na g kelas je. Kawasan aku tggl skunk n, mmg byk hidupan liar. Mcm2 de. Tupai gemuk, itik cantik, musang misteri, merpati jinak. Itu yg penah aku jumpa r. Yg xpenah, xtau r. Lupakan sal binatang len tu, skunk n aku na cite sal baby rabbits. Aku xtau la sama ada aku yg jakun atau ramai je org macam aku. Tp aku xpenah tgk anak rabbit waktu die kecik. Sal aku xpenah bela rabbit pon. Kalo penah pegang pon, pegang yg da besar je. Itu pon yg warden aku bela dlu dan kat lam sangkar  So, ble kat sini rabbits liar sgt2 bebas berkeliaran, aku cam jakun sket la mula2 tu. Seap gtau my mom ngan DIE lg. Ini dalah gmbo2 yg aku smpat amik. Ssh gak na mik sal die liar.

Hoh. Comel sgt!!! Rasa cam na cubit2 jek. Setakat yg aku kenalpasti, de 5 ekor. Sekor oren, yg len seme kelabu. Xtau la dorg adk beradik k, atau kwan bese je...

Urm. Jari cam da lenguh lak. So, stop dlu. Chau!

PASTA TUNA YANG PEDAS UNTUK MAKAN MALAM

Tuna adalah sejenis ikan. 


Okay... Harini, entry blog adalah dalam Bahasa Melayu. Sebab rasa cam na tulis lam BM. Maybe pas2 n pon cani. ha3...


Oh. Dis wik, aku perasan berat aku makin nek. Aku pon try r timbang (aku sangat jarang timbang2 berat n..sal malas.:p)... Seperti yang dijangkakan. Memang berat aku nek sket. Aku cam tadela kesah pon berat aku nek... Sal Die cakap aku kurus, pastu mmg patot pon bg berat nek. Masalahny... aritu aku try skinny aku, da ketat gle. (cam ssh r na masuk ). Mula2 aku igtkan skinny aku tu mengecik sbb aku bru pas bsuh. Aku try lg satu, pon cmtu. OK. Aku cam da cuak sket. Adoi. Aku syg kot dua2 jeans tu. so, should I start eating less ( aku bese makan 6 meals a day)... Bosan gle na pk masalah2 yg nmpk cam remeh tp TAK n... So, aku malas na pk ag.


Berbalik kepada tajuk entry, arini aku masak pasta tuna pedas (xdela pedas sgt pon, cam rsa la cili sket2)... Aku sebnarny sgt kureng ngan benda2 pasta n. Xkesahla pe jenis masakan die. Tp, disebabkan aku ase pasta tu lg xmenggemukkn dr nasi, aku pon try la berjinak2 mkn pasta (xtau bertahan smpai ble. Maybe sok makan nasi balik agakny). So, aku pon text kwn aku minak resepi (die spesis yg ske mkan pasta). Tp oleh kerana die n, jenis yg makan pedas yg ekstrem, aku pon ubah2 la resepi die jd resepi aku. Ha3... (seyes die makan bnda yg pedas gle.)

Stop the talking, n resepi die.

SPICY TUNA PASTA (aku nk gak tulis tajuk  resepi lam bi)

pasta 
tuna ( aku guna tuna in sunflower oil)
bwg putih
bwg merah
serbuk cili
sos tomato
mayonis
cheese
susu segar

Cara masak:

1. Rebus pasta
2. Panaskan olive oil, tumis bwg putih, ngan bwg merah
3. Larutkan serbuk cili lam air sket, pastu tumis skali ngan bwg
4. Masukkan tuna skali ngan sunflower oil tu
5. Goreng sampai ase tuna tu cam garing sket ( garing dan bukan hangit)
6. Campo susu sket, sos tomato 1 sudu, mayonis 1 sudu ngan cheese
7. Gaul sebati
8. Masukkan pasta dan gaul lagi
9. Hidang dan makan.:-)
